SendTrash: Unfortunately, I purchased it at $163.95 (with the coupon), and I think it's still a good deal.

Has anyone received a shipping confirmation on these yet? Mine still says sent to warehouse since the 21st.

I ordered mine at the begining of the month, during the first Free Shipping period and according to UPS tracking, my order is floating around on a truck near my house. The HDD should greet me when I get home from work today.

Honey I'm home!

I ordered on 9/21, got it today 9/26. It's a OEM. No screws, no cables, etc.
Gonna go and start installing it now.

Paid the $124 price.

As predicted earlier, I walked in the house and a lil cardboard boxed welcomed me from the sofa. I can second SSGTi's claim, the drive is OEM, nothing but the anti-static bag, plastic "geospring" holder thingee, and styrofoam peanuts.

Order date 9/13
Ship date 9/21
Recieved today 9/26

will install as soon as the power supply and DVD-Rom drive come in.

That is all.

Grrrrr.... ordered mine on the 21st, and it has been "Sent to Warehouse" ever since... The sad part is that when I ordered it, it said "Ships in 24-48 hours". Yeah, right...

Looks like their prices change when they go on backorder (all OEM prices)...
Not the case for their 45GB though, is Buy.com playing pricing games?
Perhaps different prices at different inventories (like some airlines do)?

Maybe I am missing something, but where did you find the $30 coupon for new users? *scratch*
