i7 D0 OC Causing Wireless Keyboard Connection Issues

So I had an issue w/ my MS Ergo 7000 keyboard which I posted about last week http://forums.anandtech.com/showthread.php?t=2231917

Was ready to buy a wired replacement, but then decided to reset my OC on the i7 rig in the sig. In fact the keyboard issue appeared around the same time that I did my overclock. After I went back to default settings keyboard started working as normal.

Now I know this doesn't make much sense and one thing shouldn't effect the other but this seems to be happening in my case. The OC was quite light, just to 3.2Ghz w/o any voltage modification.

This is really odd and never really seen anything like this, any idea what's causing this or how to resolve?

Just going to throw this out there as I have no idea if ti will help but have you installed the latest mobo bios?

Not latest but I've updated it sometime last year. But that wouldn't have any effect as the keyboard functions just fine w/o OC..

Perhaps one of the harmonic frequencies from the CPU clock, or the VRMs, is interfering with the radio frequency the dongle uses?
