How does this still go for this much? I feel like I've had mine forever and paid ... not a whole lot for it. 3xxx CPUs are out, where's the price drop?

yeah I got my i7 3770k for 250 at tiger direct for and I got 12.50 rebate on top of that. Not the point .

go on line and find a 2600k for 269 you can't as they run for 300.

intel does not drop prices much. Personally If I really want a cpu at a good price I do the drive to micro center in Patterson NJ (150 miles round trip)

But as the op said the deal is dead so F- it why argue.
