If your goal is gaming yeah that card is holding back potential.

I don't really game that much anymore.

Though when I do play a game it is BF3, Simcity 5, Left 4 Dead 2, Garry's Mod, The Witcher 2, or GTA IV. Right now on a 20 inch montiro at 1680x1050 resolution.
 
As others have said, that card would hold back games, but is there anything else it seems to be holding back for you?
 
No unless it would hold back Youtube videos, streaming, and amount of tabs I can have open?

Those should mostly fall in the category of RAM and Internet. I noticed you have plenty of hard drives. Some could depend on what you have installed on which hard drive, and how much RAM you are using when you experience the slowness.
