I was wondering if these temperatures were okay. I have a CM Hyper 212+ and used Arctic Silver 5 (which I may have put too much on - a large pea) The Prime95 Test was with "In-place Large FFTs"

I went into the BIOS and only changed the Values to 44 without changing voltages, and it seems to run good, although I have not run it more than 16min yet.

Nope, that's about what I'm getting with the exact same settings and the same cooler at 4.4 GHz (which I finally achieved this evening). I think you're GTG.

The temps are pretty much identical to mine, which they really should be since I have the same CPU and cooler.

One key difference though, mine isn't stable at 4.4GHz :'(

Looks fine. However it wouldn't hurt to try reapplying the thermal paste if you think you put on too much.

My 2600k @ 4.5ghz and 1.3 volts is hovering around 55*C under full load. Seems like your setup is ok.

When I get off of work today, I'll try the two line method on the CM 212+ andsee how that does. I wish the Arctic Silver 5 didn't have a "set" time so long so I could see what the temps would actually be.

I guess I could stop being cheap and get some mx-4 ;)

Looking at my fan speed, with the Antec 920, do those look a bit low. The CPU fan also looks awful slow and dips low as well. -_-

In the BIOS it says the CPU fan is running at 1100 rpm

And earlier when running Prime95, HWmonitor was reading my CPU fan at 22 rpm. Normally it's 175-255 rpm :( so confused
