for example:
1) sometimes I'll rewrite a set of notes I took in school when I get home so that it looks exactly like I want it to.
2) if I don't finish my homework (or anything else I have to do) right when I get it it's always in the back of my mind bothering me and I'm unable to fully enjoy myself until I do it.
3) when working for someone, I always worry that I'm doing something wrong. I'll check and recheck things multiple times to make sure that I'm not.
4) I'm always thinking about how I could've done things differently in social situations.
5) when writing e-mails or making posts, I always read through it multiple times to make sure that I'm saying what I want to say.
does anyone know what I can do to get over this? I'm getting tired of feeling like this.
