I work at a gas station

It's a darn shame that gas prices are going up, especially the up coming summer season. Just a few weeks back, gas was 2.50 on regular.

I work at a register, sure wish people stop blaming me about the gas hike. I dunno, lol, and the typical responses about the gas prices are:

"why is it high?"

"It's too expensive, god damn"

"pssst, can I have free gas?"

It's about 3.11 for regular here. I'm glad I filled the tank when I did (and that was at $2.99/gallon).

These links are helpful as indicators, but not accurate.

It shows higest in USA is $3.46 / gal in Hawai'i.

Near me it's $3.49 / gallon for self-serve regular cash (zip code 93108) but the GPW shows only $3.15.

The station closest to home (different zip code) is $3.29 for regular.
