I wonder which of these PSU's I should get?

I am building a PC and wonder what PSU I should use. Here are the specs:
-X2 5050e
-Asus M3A78-EM
-2 sets of G.Skill 2x2GB (8GB total)
-WD 640GB Caviar Black HDD
-Samsung 22X SATA DVD Burner with LightScribe
*I might add another DVD burner in the future
*I might add the following video card in the future:
-ASUS EAH4350 SILENT/DI/512MD2 Radeon HD 4350 512MB

I looked through this forum and noticed that the power calculators are inaccurate. I am considering one of these PSUs:
-Antec EA380 380W
-Corsair CMPSU-400CX 400W
-CORSAIR CMPSU-450VX 450W
-SeaSonic S12 II SS-330GB 330W
-SeaSonic S12 II SS-380GB 380W
Are there any cheaper options, like $50.00 or less, or should I consider one of the above and which one? Also, is 80 Plus certification needed in order to save energy?

Thanks for all your help.

The Corsair 400CX is $29.99 AR ($20) at Newegg today. Was $24.99 for a few minutes but Newegg jacked the price. A few buck or so cheaper after cashback through MS Livecash. Highly rated (both on Newegg ratings and with Anandtech's 300-430W supply roundup).

Given the price of the Corsair, it would be the best buy. Actually, it was $50 ($30 after rebate) just a few hours ago! And now it's $60.
