I wonder how NSFW threads are being posted on ATOT.

There is nothing wring with NSFW threads, the only thing looked down on is porn.

They put a NSFW warning in the title. When thin-skinned people see NSFW, they go "OMG-D must repent" and go to their respective churches.

Quite frankly, if you're at work, you should be, oh, I dunno - working - and not browsing ATOT looking for softcore pr0n?

Hey, I surf from work all the time 🙂 like ALL the time... 🙂

I appreciate the NSFW warnings. When everyone is laughing & LOLing at a post whose sole body is "Text" - I usually ask if it is SFW.

Our IT department is "installing monitoring software" soon, or already has, and they are not only going to block the questionable sites, but the ones that are used the most. 😕

So my question to my manager was - if I visit canoe.ca every lunch to check some headlines or AT forums to "help someone in need of technical support" (I really used this line  ) - will I catch hell? The short answer was no but we'll see how much they decide to enforce the policy this time around.

as long as mods don't see a reason for people to complain about it, they will likely let it go.
