I went to the Sunnyvale AMD Tech Tour 2004 today, expecting nothing but free samples. Which is for the most part, what I got:
Bunches of Crap
I won the Thermaltake cooler because they pulled my name out of the "system builders" hat or whatever. They talked a lot, then I had dinner on their behalf (steak and chicken.. and something strawberry. It was like cake and frosting orgasmed into one)
So then, they were showing off Digital Imaging and pictures and what not. So using my 1337 Photoshop skills, I took some pictures and cropped some stuff, ruined some pictures, etc.
First, my neighbor. w/ greenscreen:

Then, I went riding with Lance Armstrong

Then, I swam in the deep blue sea, swam so wild and I swam so free.

I ruined this guy's picture by including my face as the sun:

I made a Christmas card composed of random peoples' pictures saved on the computer.

Oh yeah, then I won a Laptop. (retails for ~$2000)

No pictures of actual laptop yet, I'm debating between keeping it for college next year or selling it for something like $1500 profit.
