School is killing me. I fell asleep for 2 hours in my chair while working. Tonight, I may be able to get in a few hours before I start filming this weekend.

You've had 2 hours of sleep in the past 3 days? Is that even physically possible without drugs?

Look up story on Randy Gardner (sp?). High school kid that stayed up for something like 11 days for a school science project.

I did just that, and found this guy currently trying to beat that record. He's at 10 days right now, you can watch him and his pals on a webcam in a bar in London. Kinda boring, they're just sitting around and talking.

Driving to class was not only a challenge it was stupid. I felt like I had Alzeheimers, I wouldn't black out, but I would forget where I was, what time it was, what direction I was going, or how much time had passed. I'm gonna take the bus home this afternoon.

This can only end well.

I'll not be impressed until you go another 12050 days without sleep like this guy

33 years without sleep. Hardcore.

Sounds like BS. I was under the impression that the human body needed rest.. most importantly, the brain.

Though it may be an old wives tale, I once heard something about people in the middle ages staying up for months at a time because they believed sleep was a waste.

Though I don't know the result of this...

if you have problems sleeping, cammomile(sp) tea can help. it tastes like sh!t but it sometimes works

Not BS. There are a few conditions that cause people to never require sleep. This guy must have one of them - it's been in the major news before, I caught it on the BBC but this was the local news story so I linked it.

I've had trouble sleeping lately, been getting off work at 1am staying up till 5 or 6am then sleeping until noon then repeating the process. Everything seems to run together when I don't have a normal sleep schedule. When I fall asleep with the sun coming up and wake up mid day it feels like I have been sleeping for days and wasted days.

s freud, i know what you mean, i get depressed when i sleep through the day. thats why im trying to stay up until later tonight.

i tell you the key to long life is to get up early in the mornings

I've been working consistantly since monday. Last night I built part of my set for my final, I made a 5 foot mountain out of paper mache and chicken wire. Tonight once it's dry I have to spray paint it and glue the 40 pounds of candy I bought yesterday to it.

Sidenote: So I went and bought only 40 pounds of candy from Walmart, it took all my will power not to throw a machete into my cart, and ask the cashier where the closest elementary school was.

I digress. I smell like flour and water from the paper mache. I'm creating a "Candy Mountain"
