I Wish I could drink at work :(

Just bought a 6-pack of Anchor Liberty Ale and a 6er of Yuengling (cost about $11 total) while on my lunch break...
🙂beer::beer::beer::beer::beer::beer::beer::beer::beer::beer::beer::beer: ) count 'em, yup 12 beers!

Right now its sitting in my car, fresh and cold from the store's beer fridge...

Its a shame to leave cold beer out in the car in summer heat like that, but I'm afraid of the looks I'll get if I carry that up to the office fridge 😛

If only I could sneak down to the car and drink one real fast...:beer: :evil:

Because its impossible to get to that store after work with the flow of traffic (and its opposite direction of where I need to go) and then I have to deal with lineups (its one of the only beer stores around that has lots of microbrews and imports.)

EDIT: Aiight fvck it I'm puttin it in the fridge!!!

YAReason I love living in the Philly area - Yuengling is easier to get than Budweiser. Don't need to go further than a block for a 6er of lager.

Its not the Yuengling that's a b1tch to find...all of a sudden it became the 'cool' beer to drink and now everyone has it. The Anchor Liberty's the hard one (and a lot of German brews I don't find anywhere else.) Anchor Steam is in most grocery stores now, but not the Liberty PA...

Where do you work?
Right over by Park Rd. Shopping Ctr. and the new Park Towne Village (Total Wine is where I got the beer...ironically)

Might check out the WFNZ whiner roast tomorrow...

just go out to McD's or equivalent and get a soda...pour it out...pour beer into cup

drink beer with a straw? Eek!

Just carry a cooler in your car, buy a bag of ice next time put it in there with your beer, and you will be the happiest mofo out there at 5 o'clock

That is a sweet idea I think I'm gonna try that before I'm done with work in August.

So true! Sudenly Yuenling is all over the place (N.C.). i like it though. It's priced to compete with budweiser and the like, but taste much better.

McD's isn't where to go... You want to hit a 7/11 to get a Big Gulp filled with Ice. Pour the ice over the 6er in the car and fill the cup with 4 beers. (you'll have to drink 4oz from teh bottle to make this work)
