Do you use Wordperfect? If so, why? It seems like lawyers are the only reason that software exists, except they use a version that's 20 years old, so no one is making money off of them :^/

because legal secretaries had a perfect world of wordperfect 5 and dos 6. nevermind that wordperfect will randomly delete things you just typed.

whats the diff?

Attorney's fees are the fees the attorney charges for services.

Litigation costs are the costs incurred in the litigation, like court costs, deposition costs and expert fees.
