Well if you think of it way round it could be a good opportunity for you to carry on pesting her whenever there is a "delay" in the delivery of your parcel. You basicaly have unlimited scenarios (that you invent) just to make her regret going away from you 😛

Just because I have an ex-girlfriend, doesn't mean I don't have a current girlfriend. I'm not interested in giving her any ideas, especially those that might even give her the slightest idea that i'm interested. She's already told me that she regrets dumping me (twice, for the record). 😛

So she's already bitting fingers heu ? ok, as she told you twice about her mistake why not take her again, lets say just for one night (remember special delivery ?) and Re -Dump her.
