If anybody was able to run Xeon E55xx on ASUS P6T Deluxe?

The Xeon is not supported by this board.

It will probably work, it's just not officially supported (like most of the Xeons).

He'll be taking a chance, he may end up with incorrect CPU settings in the bios if he runs an unsupported CPU like voltage range and temperatures. That's the upside, the downside is it might not even post.
