she is really worried about citizenship, she passed interview in December 2002 and still havent received letter to take aoth and get certificate usually that letter comes within 2-3 weeks after interview. calling and sending letters to INS ( now its BSCI or something like that) resulted in nothing. She over 80 years old she is really worried about stuff like that even has high blood pressure from worring. So I decided to go to her congressman office, it was empty with two older staff in there. I explained to them situation and asked if they can make 1min call to special INS congress hotline that gives them status of the case instantly, but they are bitches said they have to give an appoitment and call when I come back in 2 month!! I been to several local public officials and never had to wait 2 month or get an appoitment. Once in lifetime when you need help from congressman, you can't get it. thank god I dont live in her district. I have nice congressman with staff that always welcome you and help you instantly. IS there maybe away I can contact some manager or personal assistant of this congressman in DC?

Contact your congressman, since they are so nice. Explain to them that they are helping one of their constituents (you) and let them make the call.
