you guys always seem to find the trolls lair the fastest, so here's what i got

on ebay the item is listed to be in "holiday/FL" and by tampa bay i assume he's in florida, and RR is road runner...any one that can help, plz lmk!!! i have oringal emails so if i can get something from the hidden things in there, lmk! i havent heard anything for more then 3-4 weeks, so i dont care if i let everyone know his info... i
please help, i am 14, i cannot just loose 106$ and shrug it off!!!
any help would be greatly appreciated!!! BTW: i ccontacted tenax on amdforums.com and he is trying, but can't do much because it's egay :S
 
ok, i paypalled him the money, i have contacted both ebay, and paypal. paypal sent a refund(or tried) but there was no money because he was under "investigation" by ebay, and the money was frozen. so i was pateient, and told him ill just take a refund, he has been making up excuses, and for the last 3-4 weeks, i have had no replies(5 or so emails) i have all the origianl emails, but i will warn you, its alot of stuff, so if u want me to post it, it'll be LONG! ill go check trollhunters.com, thanks 🙂

i have traded many times( 40+ heat) under boardsportsrule and quite a few on ebay(something like 7 or soemthing) and nothing has gone wrong...
 
btw: i dont want tips like that, i want helpful ones, not saying " u shoulda bought insurence" etc. i just want to get my money back( i prolly never will trade on ebay, and i am for sure gonna be WAY more careful in the future)

Wow, you're a great help.

Contact eBay, they used to refund your money (like 80%) of it. Just fill out those forms, like the dead-beat seller one..

well i requested te info from ebay, and they sent me an email wiht the phone number, but i went to www.whitepages.com and it didnt find it...

btw: i would prefer to have some one go there because he can just hang up on the fone, ill call tommarrow maybe and try to get some where, but its 9:30sih there, and i dont know his scedule, but thats a tiny late, i usually dont call any one pased 9 so i think i should try to be polite, he might have a valid defense (haha, yeah right :S) but if/when that goes wrong, i would like an address.. 🙂
 
Yeah, I think that your best bet is to wait to call tomorrow, and if he picks up and then hangs up on you, or just doesnt answer the phone, I wonder if it would be too drastic to call the authorites in the area that he lives and have them check it out. I thought that if you requested info from ebay about a member, you get their address too. Sounds shady. Good luck getting your money back.
 
I was trolled out of $90 US on my first online buying experience. Tried to get it back and get in contact with the seller but eBay and PayPal wouldn't do anything.

Live and learn. Only deal with people with 1000+ eBay feedback or been with eBay for 2+ years and are all positive.

BTW: any tips on what to say, i know i should say blah blah blah,i would like my money back, i sent you multiple emails with no response, but should i threaten to call the cosp near him or something, i am 14, so i am pretty shy with all this stuff, and i just dont wanna get yelled at... any one else do this and have any tips?
 
no, i get mistaken for my dad all the time..ppl say my voice is lower then his some times... i guess as long as i dont tell him im 14, i'll be fine...i never like talking to stangers tho!! :S

try not to talk to him. try to get someone older to. 14 is pretty young.
