Same here the topics are way over my head, the only times I visit the Highly Technical Forum is when I accidentally click it.
 
I love the HTF. Good and competent place to hang out and learn or teach... 😀

And if you really want to know something special, you get it nef-free... 😉
 
Highly Technical Forum ... that is just over my head ... although i do learn a lot by reading some of the posts.
 
So then a CPU can operate normally, even if only one transitor fails? Would that not cause it to crash?

From what I know, a logic gate would not work properly if one tranisitor failed.. But I hardly know anything about logic gates..
