i don't think there is any plagiarism either. i think that ngohq.com simply wants exposure on its site by attacking a much larger beast. sadly, this isn't going to sway many individuals, especially with the way the administrators act on that forum (by banning arcenite after a maximum of three dissenting opinions).
 
NOTE: if you write a paper and use a source, you have to specify that sources source, and the sources source source....and do on....

It's rediculous. It's like saying I have to give credit to Newton when I do a physics problem.
