I want to start getting up at 6:30 AM

When I moved out of the dorms, I had to change my schedule from 2PM - 2AM to something more reasonable. Basically all you do is set your alarm for when you want to get up then get up and stay up for the whole day. It will be a LOT harder for you to stay up until 4AM then. You should adjust in 2-3 days.

My dog is actually my inspiration for waking up. He wakes up around 5:30 AM and is ready for a run. We jog for ~ 30 mins. I take a shower and have to be at work by 7:00 AM. BTW I go to bed around 10:30 every night 😱

Probably all the working people will agree, 6:30 ain't sh!t. I get up at 6:30 on weekends because I'm used to getting up at 5:00 for work. It feels like sleeping in now. 😛

Sleep button for the lose

that's my problem. I get 'used' to alarm clocks to the point where even the loudest alarm wakes me up enough to hit snooze but not enough to get up.

I was using my pc for my alarm clock and blaring mp3's but
1) I don't like having my pc in my room (I have an 'office')
2) Ever since MS started doing auto-restarts and I overslept a VERY important meeting one morning. I know it can be turned off in group policy editor; but what 'update' will make it happen again?

i used to have to get up at 4:50 for swim prac, and it NEVER got easier, did it for around 10 years from ages 12-22. But morning prac never got better
