Been dealing with him for over 6 weeks now and he still isn't giving me any information. I have tried being patient, being nice...everything.

I am on my last nerve and its a short one.

Its going on 7 weeks now. I really don't know how the state expects people to survive this long with no income. I guess the good news is that they confirmed that its retroactive. So if/when it does go through, they will pay me for all the back weeks.
 
Gotta call 15 times in a row before you get through. I don't see why they can't have that stupid crap online.
