you probably can bring it down to 3/4 inch but I dont think a fully shaved head would look right on your face

I used to keep mine really short. My SO made me grow it. :p

Go for it. It feels good to do once every few months. I did a few weeks ago.

Not skin bald, but shaved off. So much less maintenance.
Everyone says I shouldn't though. What does ATOT think?

My head

you look like a gayer version of me.

Did you just say I look like a gayer version...
Perhaps this will even things out.

:p

I say go for it, even though you do have nice hair. I like to do it once a year or two. It grows back fast anyway. You'll never know what it looks like until you try it, and it's a pretty cool feeling.

I often shave my head every few months. It's worth while since I don't pay a damn thing. I just put my buzzer on, shave away. I've been shaving my head since God knows how long.

i do it myself with a 1/8" attachment as well. i used to always have long hair, but those days are long gone with this new "hair line" (using the term loosely) ive got.

if youre sick of your hair, do it. if you hate it, grow it back. thats the beauty of hair, it grows constantly.

That settles it. Post a pic after you shave it.

i had my hair a few inches long forever then i grew it down to my chin for years - one day i just felt like shaving it off, even though i was so attached to my hair. but i went with the impulse, used a #2 and for the last 7 years i havent looked back. a couple times i grew it back a couple of inches and was going to keep it but i always got sick of just dealing with my hair and just buzzed it again.

the only reason not to keep it is if you have a funny shaped noggin.

it's a little cold in the winter, but great in the summer, and free & low maintenance and it looks good.

just try it, it feels great

I think if enough of us shave our heads, the resulting reflection of sunlight back into space will help reverse the effects of global warming. Also all those cans of hair spray won't be adding cfc's into the atmosphere.

Do it. You look like you've got a decently shaped head that it'll look good. I just did mine yesterday (been shaving my head every spring/summer for the past oh... 5-6 years). I recommend adjusting the clippers to their longest setting (ie: adjust the lever that moves the cutting teeth back and forth) for your first go. That way you've got plenty of stubble. A lot of people tell me I look great with a shaved head BUT at the same time I don't think I look good as Mr. Clean. You can still go all the way if you want to.

And screw what your SO thinks. :p Your hair grows back.
