can I see whats being stored on my SSD Cache drive or does it become "one" with my HDD...

Im curious how much is cached to it...Ie 2 gigs or 20 gigs and exactly what files

You can't see it, because it doesn't have a file system. It also doesn't cache files, it caches blocks.
