i want to put in a cdrw, what do i need to know?

i'm almost done putting together my first computer, you guys have been a wonderful help, thank you! anyways,i want to put in a cdrw, what do i need to know? are there any compatibility things i should know?

All you need to know is how to use a screwdriver and how to attach the data and power cables. It's usually just that simple.

Don't forget Master/Slave relationships in IDE configurations... also don't forget to plug in the power

Plus don't forget to install the burner software So you can burn cd's.
