I want to play CSS at school but...

I want to play CSS on the computers at school on lan, but we cannot connect to steam. We are assuming the ports are blocked. How should I enable the ports so we can play?

You cannot enable the ports, for you would need admin rights to the firewall. You best bet would be to talk to the network admin.

just out of curiousity, what graphic card does your school computers have?

I highly doubt the school network administrators would allow you to play css on school computers, simply you must have signed a AU contract, which prohibits you from doing anything non school/academic related. Looks like your out of luck. Also, most schools do not have their own direct internet connection. For example, my school goes directly to my school district building where the main servers and routers are at that control traffic. Even if you got your school network admin to open ports on their end you wouldnt have them open on the other end. =)

Not bad for a school computer. Vid cards arnt that great, but CSS should play fine on lower resolutions with no AA or AF medium detail. We play Halo perfectly fine, it doesnt look the greatest but its still fun to play.
