I want to make beans and dirty rice...

Can someone give me some help figuring out how to make this? I like the beans and rice at Popeyes but I usually have them use their dirty rice.

I thought Zatarain's Red Beans and Rice were an alright approximation. Don't know about the dirty rice though.

Zatarains wasn't creamy like Popeyes. I agree on your meal selection...except you forgot the biscuit!

Red beans
Onion
Andoille Sausage
Green Bell Pepper
Celery
Green Onion
Cayenne
Whatever else sounds good

over rice
