I want to lose weight

Do Atkins. It's a miracle. You won't be hungry and will be losing weight like crazy. I lost about 8 kilos in a month and felt only slightly awkward.

Maybe, jog daily, go to a gym or something, don't eat McDonald's that much? God, if you really wanted to lose 80 pounds, you wouldn't be asking us what to do. A person with average common sense and a little bit of knowledge will find more than one way to exercise.

I think you just want a lazy way to do it. Like one of those vibrating belts, or one of those hot rooms where you sweat a lot (don't know the name in english)

It's simple, you will need the following:

Tredmill x 1
String x 1
Sasuage x 1

Tie the string to the sasuage and hang it 4 feet in front of the tredmill at eye level and start running.

I thought you were already training? May be another guy I guess.

Walk 30-40minutes a day in the morning. As you lose more weight start lightly jogging then on to running when you lose more weight. Go swimming. That is a great way to lose weight.
