yep heres a good cheap one you could get!

1.2GHz Athlon Thunderbird 200MHz FSB-155 newegg
volcano II fan-8 newegg
256MB Micron ram-$63 augustustech
leadtek geforce 2 pro w/tv out(ram is 366 not 400)-$150
sb live value-$45 newegg(you could get like $6 cheaper at some stores, but if you buy all in one store you save shipping)
generic 300W case$28-find one, i saw it for that price. (you don't need a good case, unless if you want to pay double the price for the looks! i use this case, i leave it open and i get 33ºC with my athlon 900, and i use a crappy cooler master 6H51 fan.
16x/48x Toshiba DVD-$59 newegg
HD-dunno what size you would want, costco has some nice prices, go check there...last time i saw a 30GB 7200rpm for $115.
floppy-8 newegg

TOTAL-$623!!! DANG SURPRISED MYSELF! CHEAP CHEAP CHEAP!:)
optional items-HP 19" monitor 1600x1200 .26mm-173 ecost
19" philips monitor(i love philip's monitors) 1920x1440 res .23mm flat screen-229, CDW
samsung sync master 19"-251 after $20 rebate techonweb.com
Altec Lansing ADA880 dolby digital speakers w/remote, 8" subwoofer, tweeters(bad thing is that it doesn't have rear out connection, but you could still get mono surround when using the Live! surround option)-$109@ GoGoCity
Bonston Acoustics BA4800(no tweeters, smaller subwoofer, no remote, no dolby digital)-115@EMS computing
