I think (with a few exceptions) the minimum requirement for moderators is an IQ of 50. (I think there may have been a few grandfathered in before the new stricter requirements were imposed)

The OP here couldn't meet the old requirement of spelling "poem" correctly, let alone the more stringent requirements nowadays.
