I'm looking to quiet down my system starting with my CPU cooler to my P/S. I'd really appreciate it if you guys could suggest the quietest for each component:

Hard Drive, Power Supply, CPU, and Case Fans. Thanks. :D

Hard drives are pretty standard noises, not as much difference as the fans but IBM harddrives are generally quiet, the antec is quiet so is the whisper enermax if you want to spend more money, the biggest difference is the case fans. I have some adda fans and they are about 22dba for 80mm case fans, these will make the big difference in noise if you change them out with some other fans.

case: panaflo case fans are quiet. be sure to use rubber pads in front of your case fans to avoid vibrations. use dynamat or accoustic liner on your case. i think you posted a link to some other stuff. that would probably work too.

cpu: golden orbs or agilent artic coolers are quiet

harddisks: ibm deskstars are probably best queit vs. performance.
