I want my neighbor's cat?

Every time I come home my neighbor's cat is on the window ledge behind the screen. I always walk up to it and kind of scratch it's nose while it leans towards the screen. I love this cat!

Hey YASHA, me and my roommate are cat-sitting and the owners seem to have left the country. Want the cat? It likes having its nose scratched, too. We're in New York. (and we're serious!)

Every time I go near the neighbors cat she'll run away. If she's cornered she'll hiss.
She does that to every stranger but you'd think after over a year of seeing me walk by she'd lighten up.
Sheesh. Cats.
