I want my abs back damnit!

What happened, did you gain weight, or just stop going to the gym? If it's the former, you need to watch the calories you take in, probably start some cardio. All the crunches in the world won't matter if there's a layer of fat over the muscles. If you stopped going to the gym, start again.

You also might want to see about getting this moved to H&F.

I'd say for the most part the reason is I got married.

What's this "gym" you speak of? 😀

It's this place where they have lots of heavy objects you can move, and these funny things that move very quickly under you so you can run on them. 😛

Actually I have been gaining weight but its not mu gut that bothers me. My neck and face... My shirts are too tight around the collar now after only gaining maybe 8-10lbs over the winter.

Why would someone want to voluntarily move heavy objects assuming they're not in your way or worse yet crushing you? 😕

And this other thing... the one that moves quickly... will I be able to take off?

It will give you abs and more by moving them.

Are you a plane?

I believe that would be unlikely.

when i used to go to the gym, there were these really fat guys that had 55+ waist lines, and all they would do all day were bench press exercises. 😕 does it really matter how much you can bench if you have a body like dr. robotnik?

My abs uses a simple notched disc behind the brake disc and a magnetic sensor to detect wheel slip. I've heard that if this gets knocked / the sensor looses it's position it can cause your ABS to stop working. Put your car on jackstands, pull the wheel, and check out your abs.

I've never had "abs", but am damn close right now.

All my married friends have ballooned. I've hit the gym 3x a week, and tried to watch what I eat. Abs start in the kitchen.

Get motivated, go get 'em!

Spray on abs, although that might look silly if you have a big stomach. But do it anyway. And post pics.
