True, but there are a ton of cheap converter cables that mean you can charge from USB. It was a dumb move not having a USB port, but then I guess that would make mashing it up even easier than it already is.

I have a USB->DS charger cable, but my DS is on its last leg so I think I'll upgrade to a DS Lite. I guess I'll have to buy another charger cable. Oh well.

I try to get USB charger cables for everything I can; I have a USB->wall plug adapter, a USB->cigarette lighter adapter, and a USB->4 AA batteries adapter. Having USB charging cables gives me essentially limitless battery life on my portable devices, which is important to me because I take a 12 hour plane ride at least once a year and occasionally 4-6 hour plane rides throughout the year.

My dream is that some day all electronic devices would be USB powered, so I could just use one powered USB hub instead of a brick for my cable modem, a brick for my router, a brick for my switch, a brick for my Vonage box, a brick for my external TV tuner, etc. Of course that will never happen. But I can dream, can't I?

PSP has better games but the thing that turns me off the PSP is the constant loading times,it really irks me to no end so I sold mine .

the dslite is cool and no loading or waiting times but games are very subpar graphics and weakn line up for grown folks,more geared towards the kiddies..

Yea, I figured it was more for kiddies but at the same time some of those kiddy games are entertaining for car rides...

I am planning lots of trips this summer and dont want to be bored on the car ride...

Plus I have always loved Mega Man games and I got the Mega Man ZX so hopefully it will be good.

Too bad the PSP has the better Mega Man games 😛. I still haven't unlocked Protoman in Mega Man Powered Up! yet. I also need to beat Mega Man Maverick Hunter X with Vile still.

Oh and using a laptop for media? I have a laptop of my own and I'd rather not use it for media, although the screen is bigger. I've tried and ehhh, PSP battery life is even better than laptops so 😛.
