If you have this much money, why would you even ask AT?

99% of the people here probably haven't sat in new expensive cars in names like Aston Marton, Lamborghini, Ferrari, etc not to mention driving them.

If you have this much money, go to the company's website and find some dealerships. Then, go get in your private jet and fly over there

Cayenne is a pretty good way to show how wealthy you are. that money means so little to you that you'd buy this ugly monster and not bat an eye.

How about giving your money to people who really need it? People who are dying and suffering as you ponder which luxury SUV you should buy? Don't say money is no object. Money IS an object, and always WILL be an object to the people who don't have enough to survive on. We will all die someday, whether we have Porsches, Ferraris, BMWs, or loads of money. What really matters is how many lives we've touched at the end, in what manner we have chosen to conduct ourselves.

Which do you think will impress your girlfriend more, a brand new luxury SUV or telling her one day "I bought a used car to get us through the snow today and I used the leftover money to feed 10 families in Africa for a year. Please don't hate me." Don't you want her to love you for being a kind man, rather than someone who can spend money willy nilly?

*sigh* Sorry if I'm being caustic. It's just that I got frustrated reading this and I kept thinking about the alternative ways to use such an important resource like money. It just, I don't know. I've been guilty of splurging too, so take this rant how you will. Sorry.

Instead of feeding 10 African families for a year, I think the money would be better put to use to educate Africans about birth control and venereal diseases. Damn the Pope to hell! 😉

The point is the message, not the messenger. If, say, a rapist told you to respect women, would you ignore his advice because he's a rapist? On the other hand, if your most respected friend told you to hurt someone, would that be ok? The moral of the story is to decide the merits of a message from the message itself, not from the merits, or in my case, the wrongs of the messenger.

Ok, and I would rather donate to an organization that will help Americans. It's best to fix home before you go fix somewhere else.

But to judge brigden because he wants a new, and possibly expensive, car is asinine. So what? He can do what he want with the money he (or his parents) has/have. It's not my place to judge him for that.

I'd get a Lexus if money was no object, great cars, can be fun to drive (IS series) and reliable as hell (Toyota afterall)

Maybe an LS430 or something, it's a monster car, but sooo nice.. I remember reading a while back they said it's the best mainstream high end car in the world.

If what you say is true:
- car for two
- money is no object
- top-quality interior
- fuel economy and insurance is no object
- comfy and fun drive
- must have attractive exterior

...then one of your top two choices should be the SC 430.

Buy two, they're small (give the second one to me when you tire of it...)

i see you didn't read the two bolded requirements

Your only comment to Audi is I dunno? Do some bloody research then decide, I would get the RS6 over anything mentioned so far(<$100,000)

Quattro > All

We had a look at the Range Rover this morning and we both fell in love. Just sitting in the car is an experience. It oozes quality.

We both loved it in java black with the charcoal/jet interior.

We've got a couple more vehicles to look at today and tomorrow and we'll probably make up our mind next weekend.

BTW, iamtrout, how do you know I haven't been charitable? Again, it's none of your business. I just want some advice on vehicles, for christssakes, not a fvcking lecture.
