Looking for a used Honda Civic after 2000, less than 50,000 miles on it, decent price...

Any sites to go to or ways of contacting people?

Honda dealers have trade-ins available all the time. Plus, if you went into a Honda dealer and they didn't have the used Honda you wanted in stock, they would FIND IT for you, quickly. They'd buy it from the other place and sell it to you.

well considering that is one of the top selling cars in the USA, you shouldnt have any trouble finding one. I would try this website

Honestly...when it comes to a Honda Civic...you are almost better off just getting a new one. They lose their value so slowly, that you are barely saving money buying used unless you happen to come across a "find" which is unlikely since there are a TON of other people looking for that same find.

And by the way...this really is the only vehicle I'd recommend buying new...

yeah, i've come to a similar conclusion regarding a lot of hondas and toyotas. if you're looking at late-model cars, you might as well fork out a bit more to get the new one. the civic Si loses only like $1-2K over the first 2-3 years of its life. the new generation will probably lose even less value because it is so much better and in higher demand. but if the OP is really set on a used one or can't quite afford a new one, i'd just look at honda dealers for Honda Certified cars.
