I usually don't have a hard time spending free money...

I accumulated $200 of BB gift cards over the last couple months and want to buy something, but can not figure out what to get. I need insight from other geeks who have used these products that I'm considering. I don't mind spending a few bucks more that $200 if something is worth it.

MP3 Player: possibly a 30Gb Ipod. I don't listen to much music and can't imagine walking around listening to it, but they are cool and I could use it as a backup device.

External hard drive: I back up my files between my laptop and desktop daily and my school documents to my USB flash drive when they change, but I guess an external drive may be useful.

Motherboard: The Fatal1ty skt. 939 board looks nice, but I have an AGP mobo/vid card now and can't seem to sell it. I don't have cash to buy a PCI-E video card until those sell so buying this board now and waiting for what I have to sell may be a mistake.

Please recommend. I've been looking for 3 days now and can't find anything particularly intriguing.

EDIT: Maybe I should list what I have already:

Gamecube w/3 wireless controllers and 12 games
23" LCD HDTV (see sig)
digital camera (HP 945)
PDA (HP 3870 i think)
Extra 17" LCD
nice laptop

It's harsh man.

I wanted to spend some £££ over xmas. Realised I had quite a lot of stuff already or stuff that I wouldn't use. I hardly ever spend £££ on stuff I don't use 😛.

Just save it or sell it and save the money to your bank

Not quite the "night crew" time... but seems some have started early.

I'd put it up on fs/ft. 175 dollars spent on something useful sounds a lot better then 200 dollars worth of junk that wont' be used.
