I was in the car with my SO (who's 21) a few weeks ago and discovered that he'd never even seen The Breakfast Club

I just started going to college, and in my English Lit class, I'm the eldest of the students by 8 years. The professor is older than me by one year... Yesterday we had to do an in-class writing about where we were for 9/11, and I was the only one who wasn't in school--some were in middle school. How's that for feeling old.

That almost sounds like you'd end up settling for someone, just to be able to say you "are married". ;)

Wrong attitude man. You can have fun at any stage of life as long as you find enjoyable things to do and good friends to be around. Learn to find enjoyment and accomplishment in even the simplest things you do.

I've read some of your other posts and I have to say, I'll feel sorry for your future wife if you're still a hypochondriac/worry-wart then. The sooner you realize that life happens NOW, not in the future, the sooner you can start enjoying life day by day. By all means plan for the future, but take time to have fun now.

I'm 24 too BTW. Happy b-day. Now have a  (x10) and quit complaining.

"Jack that's not possible, I don't have the login. Besides it goes against protocol."

"DAMN IT JUST DO IT!"

"Ok, done."

It makes sense... but I'm not a hypochondriac in the full sense. But yeah, I wish I was a LOT LESS sensitive about stupid stuff. I get emotional. I'm like a girl. It takes me 2 years to get over a girl i dated for 2, and I'm still not 100% over her, I just stop talking about it.

I get ya...I'm a pretty emotional guy myself, but it's not a bad thing. It's cool if it takes you a while to get over someone - that's a big change. I'm just saying it sounds like you should try to relax and not worry about the little things so much.

How are you going to celebrate?
