PB&J can get boring. I can totally understand why the OP went and looked for different recipes for it. I things like this all the time for Mac n cheese or stews.

Which is why you do things like add honey, or use different jelly flavors, add fruit, grill it, use different bread, etc... but none of these requires a recipe.

4) bananas -8

Final verdict: Grilled PB&J= stellar, bananas addition ruins the whole deal.
