I tried a grilled pb&j sandwich tonight

I saw a recipe on allrecipes and thought why not...it was awesome! I also added sliced bananas, very good and easy to make

I need to stay away from topics such as these. So hungry...

In America is it called Peanut butter and "Jelly"...? Instead of Peanut butter and Jam?

In America there are Jellies and Jams we prefer Jellies on our sandwiches.

No, that's Jell-O and over here we might lace it with alcohol in the form of a shot. We don't put that on our sandwiches though, so don't get confused.

The jelly that some people sully their peanut butter with is basically a thickened fruit juice. Grape is the best on a PB&J.

Jams, also known as compotes or fruit preserves have pieces of the fruit in them, making them akin to what you probably refer to as jam as well.

As to the OP, potato bread liberally covered with real, salted butter (don't use margarine, it's shit) and then topped with crunchy peanut butter and sliced banana, grilled until golden brown and then lightly salted. My only caution is the napalm, liquid peanut butter burn in your mouth if you eat too soon!
