I've come to expect harsh remarks from ATOT in any thread...Its all good.
This is my bedroom so not like every visitor will see it.
But you're right most of the furniture stuff I got, I got for really cheap.

The cheapest 42" 1080P was the Sceptre at Costco for $1599.
This was $1040.

Whats your living room setup if that is in your bedroom?!

I'd have kept the 42" :p but you prefer the look of the plasma so go for that :).

I wouldn't surf on the net via my tv as the keyboard wouldn't be in a comfortable position. Dual 24" 23" FTW :).

I am getting alot of harsh remarks about this and that(as expected) but I don't think you get what I'm trying to do.

First, its my bedroom so theres no need to spend hundreds of dollars on furnitures becuase the difference is just looks.
Second, I traded the plasma for the LCD cause I wanted a big acreen to play video games also.(the LCD has higher resolution)

So I wanted a laid back setup like laying on a lounge chair but able to surf the net and play video games and also watch movies.
Well, where am I going to put my keyboard and mouse if I'm laid back on a lounge chair type ??
Best thing i can think of is a lowered desk to fit a lounge chair type.
That desk has wheels where I can just push aside when not in use.
I'm still trying to find that perfect lounge type chair.

This looks like the perfect lounge chair type for me.
I can make the desk lower to fit the chair if I have to.
Problem is the OP said he got it at Ikea and theres no Ikea near here.

If you have a better setup scenario, love to hear it.
Sorry but playing video games on a 37" is freakin awesome and I can't go back to playing right in front of a small LCD again.
