i keep copies of everything and breath down their necks (email/phone) if they don't get me a check in the alloted time. i've never NOT got a rebate back, but i've had to fight for some.

Thank you for not sending it in, they offer these deals because they know many will be too lazy to send it in, and so others can take advantage of the promotions 😉
 
Do what you want. I always figure the cost of a rebate into my final total because I know I won't send it in, they're just not worth the hassle. If the price is one I'm willing to pay pre-rebate I'll buy it. If it's the rebate that brings the price in-line, I won't.
 
i never had a rebate problem, but i din't buy tons of stuff with rebates either.

i actually got more money back from a rebate than i was supposed to once.
