EDIT: got some complaints... this picture is of a guy with REALLY bad acne. don't know if it's doctored though...

so i was surfing today and i came across this picture. is this real?
 
what's the big deal, probably a birth defect, give the dude a break

i have a cousin who doesn't have any arms, his hands are directly attached to his shoulders, he has a job/wife and family , earns an honest living
 
that isnt acne. That is a disease. I cant think of the name of it, but it creates lots of benign tumors. I believe it is Proteus Syndrome, but not 100% sure.

Yeah, this stuff is real. Ive seen it on an old woman that worked in a Video store one time......I was like 15 at the time and it totally freaked me out!
