He is incoherent when he speaks freely becasue he gets nervous. But when he sings he is perfectly audible becasue he knows exactly what words to say.

I think it's like when you hear a normal person singer talk for the first time and you go "Woah! That's not their voice!". Except with Ozzy he just becomes (slightly more)coherent when he sings.

i dont listen to the radio, so i had no idea he had new stuff on the rise. he had stated many times he was done touring and all, but i never believed it. ive seen him inconcert many times over the last 20 or so years, and met him here in az on the new years evil tour. he peed in a trash can off the stage during set up, cracked me up. all he was bitching about was how far the J-Jons were from the stage.
