Unless someone is planning on revealing an illegit Obama love child next week, this is the last ditch effort to defeat Obama.

I wonder if it's as legit as Palin's association with a secessionist group and Todd's known membership with that?

I don't see this getting traction. Attacks are bouncing off Obama to a fault now. It's too late. His supporters are just seeing these are deserperate, anything attempts now, like a flailing fish avoiding a shark.

This was making the rounds on the conservative forums at least a week ago.

Funny how its taken this long to reach AT P&N.

I thought it was brought up here. But anyway, I don't think it'll ever be proven that he was part of the group. It seems a bit sketchy for one but I have no doubt it's been scrubbed if it was true.

It also wouldn't change my view of him if he were part of it.

Aren't there any pictures of Obama's mom hold little baby Obama after birth? Anything at all?

How about an original birth certificate? The one Obama is passing around is obviously one made at a much latter date.

Wouldn't the hospital have some kind of record of him being born there?

It would seem that this story would be so easy for Obama to refute, but he can't seem to do so in a convincing manor.

Give it a rest man, it's over. The court threw the damn lawsuit out last night and it's over. You guys are so desperate that it's not even funny any more. It's been dug at from every angle from Clinton to McCain to the dude in Philly...and it's uncovered....*NOTHING*. If the man had the evidence that he states (about granny), he would have presented it in court. If he did, the court must have laughed at it or it's authenticity right before they threw the case right out the door.

He did not rule on the merit of the case.
I guess we have to wait till Obama wins and then someone can sue? Perhaps McCain can sue.

I'd just like to know how much of his story is true and how much of it is BS.

And BIG question. If Obama wins and then is determined to not be eligible does that make Biden the President?

It would also be easy to go to Kenya and get the birth certificate but none of the kooks are doing it...wonder why?? hahaaa

Surrick ruled that Berg's attempts to use certain laws to gain standing to pursue his claim that Obama was not a natural-born citizen were "frivolous and not worthy of discussion."

The judge also said the harm Berg alleged did "not constitute an injury in fact" and Berg's arguments to the contrary "ventured into the unreasonable."

For example, Berg had claimed that Obama's nomination deprived citizens of voting for Sen. Hillary Clinton in November. (Berg backed Clinton in the primaries.)

Berg could not be reached for comment last night.

Obama was born in Honolulu on Aug. 4, 1961, and the campaign posted a document issued by Hawaii on its Web site, fight thesmears.com, confirming his birth there.

Berg said in court papers that the image was a forgery.

The nonpartisan Web site FactCheck.org examined the original document and said it was legitimate.

Further, a birth announcement in the Aug. 13, 1961, Honolulu Advertiser listed Obama's birth there on Aug. 4. *

That means, unless you, or anyone else can DISprove it, ANY court of law must hold this certificate to be genuine evidence of Obama's time, date and place of birth. The matter is settled.
