I think the next Ice Age is coming

It's been pretty cold the past couple days I'm worried this might be the start of a new ice age. What are we going to do if all the water freezes up and we have nothing to drink? Could ice cream trucks be to blame?

This is all quite disconcerting

all the water can't freeze. the top layer acts as insulation to the bottom layer. if ice wasn't less dense than water however, the entire ocean would freeze except for a top layer melted by the sun.

Seriously. It's been fvcking 105+ in Sacramento, Lodi/Stockton, and Merced the past week and a half. And I've had no AC for the drives to all of them.
