I found the follow note on my desk with a Glad serving container.

I made Co Co Vin for dinner last nite.

Co Co Vin:
Chicken simmered in chicken stock, red wine, mushrooms, and onions. Served over chive-mashed potatoes. Co Co Vin is dark due to the wine and a dash of parsley and a couple of diced carrots to add color. 🙂

There wasn't a name attached to the note but I have a good idea who it was. At least I don?t have to worry about lunch today. But do I need to worry about her?
 
One thing for sure, the person doesn't know how to spell... it's "Coq au vin" 🙂

... better hope (s)he knows how to cook, at least!
