So I haven't seen him since before last Friday at the latest; he didn't say anything about going anywhere, and he seems to be a pretty unstable guy (drunk 'most every day, I think he smokes pot in the room...
) and just seems to be a very messed-up guy, even though he's pretty nice.
Anyway, here's his room:

It's taken me until last weekend to get this place somewhat clean, and it still smells nasty from beer and who-knows-what (two weeks ago he had his blanket soaking in the sink for days because he said he pooped in it). THAT's gone at least...
What would you do in his/my place? Do you guys think he's ok?
EDIT: I just got back and the door was propped open, so it seems he's returned (after an official 10 days and counting) although I haven't seen him yet. I'm gonna ask where he was if I can catch him.

Oh, bother... maybe he's not back.
The door is a bit sticky, so if you don't pull it shut, it usually won't close all the way and lock. That's how it was when I got back; my roomie usually puts out the deadbolt as well when he props it.
Then I found a note on the fridge from my roomie's FORMER roomie to my current roomie ("K"), who was apparently nastier than my current one (had to scrub the place before moving in) and apparently feeds him drugs: "K__, I got some pizza, thanks. - J____" My leftover pizza was gone.
So, why did THIS guy come in, and "K" isn't necessarily back yet, either.... I really need to get out. I keep getting messages on the machine, also, for the former roomie, "J," telling him to call some law office. Gahhh...
