I think my mobo is bad...

The monitor reads as follows:

Boot from CD:
1. FD 1.44MB System tupe- (06)
Starting Caldera DR-DOS...

EMM386 3.27 Copyright (c) 1992,etc, etc.
EMM386: Warning: Address line A20 already enabled.

Then it hangs until I reboot or turn it off. This is right after the bios has totally loaded, and is about to load from the CD.
 
I bought a new mobo, and then the same thing happened. I found out that both the IDE cables I was using had gone bad. And in my OCZ modstream one of the plug in spots for the modular cables was bad.
How did I not catch this before? Oh well it is fixed now.
