I think my local regional wireless company just made me drop a load.

That is awesome. I'd totally go for that. Any option for unlimited mobile to mobile?

Unlimited Talk & Text is $49.99.

Not bad at all. What device you thinking about using?

No idea as of yet. All the "good" Android phones are T-Mo.

Do you travel? Most regionals have roaming charges.

No. Even if I did, they use AT&T's network. More accurately, they sold their regional towers to AT&T and in return they "roam" on AT&T for free.

Nice. Our local regional doesn't even cover all of texas :(

Get the Captivate. I think the $350 off-contract rumors are bullshit, but I don't think it will be much above $400.

Damn, if their 3G is good in your area and you don't travel much I think I would bite.

200 voice minutes + unlimited text for $19.99/month.

BYOD, AT&T's network. Unlimited data for $29.99 extra... I'm tempted.

Is that contract or prepaid? (prepaid saves a few bucks on taxes)

I pay $15 a month (prepaid) for unlimited texts, and 10 cents a minute with tmobile. Not quite as good, but it's a major(ish) carrier.
