I think my computer was hacked!

My finacee was writing an email on yahoo. Then all of sudden it looked as if someone else was typing. The same thing happend to me after I installed Norton Firewall.

What do you reccomend?

Black Ice, Sygate?

I dunno. All I know is that someone tried intrude from outside several times. I am running winxp pro.
